For partners this drives stickier relationships, higher SOW, and Pillar 3 growth. For customers, this drives activation, retention, and confidence in bigger commits. When successful, Marketplace will be a part of every customer conversation, embedded in every commit, and a one-stop discovery surface for everything customers need to extend and deploy Claude.</p> <p>We're hiring a Product Manager to own the Marketplace as a product, for the partners who sell on it and the customers who buy through it. You'll work closely with the Marketplace team, which owns the partner and customer relationships as well as the commercial motion, and build on systems owned by other product and engineering teams. You'll have a lot of room to define and build the experience fitting for an AI native world.&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own the Marketplace product end to end for partners and customers, from onboarding and listing through purchase and billing</li> <li>Design the commercial workflows behind the Marketplace from first principles, so they scale and meet partners' and customers' finance, audit and compliance requirements</li> <li>Shape the business strategy and commercial incentives with Business Development, Finance and Legal, and build them into the product</li> <li>Be the product voice partners hear from, and turn signals from partners, customers and the field into a roadmap</li> <li>Define the Marke
