As a key member of the GTM Productivity team, you will be responsible for designing the onboarding, training, and reinforcement programs that ensure our sales managers ramp quickly, lead their teams effectively, and drive consistent sales process across a rapidly growing global sales organization. You will define what great sales leadership looks like at Anthropic and build the infrastructure to develop it at scale.</p> <p>You will work at the intersection of sales leadership, product, operations, and our field teams to translate complex AI concepts, sales processes, and systems into clear programs. This is a ground floor opportunity to architect a sales leader enablement function from scratch.
