Growth Program Manager

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>Our Growth team finds, engages, and onboards the engineers, finance professionals, scientists, and other domain specialists whose judgment teaches AI systems how to reason in their field. We're looking for a Growth Program Manager to own the programs that make that happen.</p> <p>This role is strategy and execution. You'll decide what to build and why, then build it. You'll take new initiatives from early and messy to scaled and repeatable, then move on to the next highest-impact problem. The programs you'll own are still being built, and you'll run them at a volume that surfaces problems nobody has seen yet. You'll use AI and automation to keep them from breaking as they scale.</p> <p>We're looking for real ownership. You treat the program as your own, hold yourself accountable for the results, and don't wait for permission to fix what's broken.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set the strategy for your programs: define goals, identify the biggest levers, and decide where to invest</li> <li>Own execution end to end and be accountable for outcomes like pipeline, conversion, time-to-productive, and retention</li> <li>Build and lead the teams that run your programs, including hiring leads who own their areas and setting clear expectations and performance standards</li> <li>Build sustainable expert pipelines through targeted outreach, new channels, and creative approaches</li> <li>Build AI workflows and automations that replace manual work in sourcing, outreach, screening, onboarding, and reporting, such as LLM-drafted outreach, lead enrichment, triage agents, QA checks, and self-updating dashboards</li> <li>Stand up reporting that shows how each program is performing, where the gaps are, and what to do about them</li> <li>Run a steady cadence of experiments on targeting, messaging, channels, process, and tooling, then turn what works into playbooks that people and agents can run</li> <li>Partner closely with
