Technical Program Manager, Public Sector (Dayton, OH)

We’re building enterprise-grade generative AI solutions and delivering them into operational use cases that matter.</p> <p class="p1">We’re hiring a technical program manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. As a TPM on our public sector delivery team, you will own or support a customer account plan, triage customer technical issues, use data and analytics to align internal resources around Scale’s hardest problems, and drive workflows underpinning the reliability of solutions that add direct value to Scale’s Public Sector customers. This role is ideal for someone who blends program leadership, customer relationship building, technical fluency, and contract awareness — and who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous, and mission-driven environments.</p> <p class="p1">You will:</p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Drive innovation and transformation by diving deep into technical and operational challenges, solving undefined problems, and delivering impactful solutions for Public Sector customers</li> <li class="li1">Leverage technical concepts, tools, and expertise to create solutions from scratch or drastically improve existing solutions</li> <li class="li1">Use data, analytics, and technical expertise to align internal resources and create tools that directly add value to customers in the public sector space</li> <li class="li1">Transition AI/ML technologies and processes into working Public Sector products / solutions even when requirements are undefined or ambiguous</li> <li class="li1">Partner with engineering, operations, and other public sector teams to build and deliver AI systems tailored to unique government use cases in the computer vision and generative AI domains</li> <li class="li1">Lead a cross-functional team to exceed the customer’s AI/ML object
