<p><strong>Data &amp; Infrastructure Associate Role Description</strong></p> <p>The Data &amp; Infrastructure Contractor supports analytics, reporting, KPI tracking, and data infrastructure initiatives across Pay Operations, Contractor Growth, CR &amp; Training, and Robotics teams. This role combines hands-on data analysis with the development and maintenance of reporting tools, dashboards, and structured datasets that enable operational visibility and informed decision-making. The position works closely with Contractor Leads to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>1. Pay Analytics Support (Contractor Ops)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Provide reliable and structured data support to the Pay team.</li> <li>Maintain and improve pay-related datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li> <li>Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to support contractor pay tracking.</li> <li>Assist in identifying discrepancies and supporting audit processes.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2. CR &amp; Training Data Support</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support the definition and tracking of core KPIs for CR and Training contractor teams.</li> <li>Build and maintain recurring performance reports.</li> <li>Ensure KPI definitions are documented and consistently applied.</li> <li>Assist teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>3. Growth Analytics Support (Contractor Ops)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain and optimize queries used for candidate sourcing and prioritization.</li> <li>Support analysis to improve candidate throughput and quality.</li> <li>Assist in tracking performance metrics related to growth initiatives.</li> <li>Contribute to experimentation analysis and reporting.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>4. Robotics &amp; Workforce KPI Tracking</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support the implementation and tracking of operational KPIs.</li> <li>Maintain reporting structures to monitor workforce performanc
