You will learn how to be a successful product designer at a high-growth enterprise technology company that operates at the important intersection of data and AI. As part of our 2027 APD cohort, you will have a dedicated manager and mentor as well as connect with product managers, engineers, designers, researchers, account teams, and leaders from across the company.</p> <p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with a cross-functional team to build features for the Databricks platform</li> <li>Manage your project end-to-end, from discovery and ideation through final design prototype for engineering to implement from</li> <li>Work with engineers and designers to ship features on the Databricks platform</li> <li>Conduct research with customers to better understand their needs and improve your design&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will graduate in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelors or masters degree in HCI or related design practice</li> <li>You have the demonstrated ability to leverage AI tooling in your design process without sacrificing craft.</li> <li>You use good judgement in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture to inform your design work.</li> <li>You have some first hand experience with SQL and/or Python</li> <li>You're hands-on and learn by doing — happy to build, test, and iterate your way to an answer</li> <li>You use analytical skills to make data
