And we're only getting started.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>As enterprise AI adoption accelerates globally, the Databricks Marketplace serves as a core engine for third-party innovation, enabling organizations to discover, share, and commercialize data assets, AI models, and applications. We are looking for an Operations Lead to own and scale the end-to-end operational engine behind our Marketplace. In this high-visibility position, you will establish operational excellence across partner and transaction approvals, marketplace health, deal desk support, catalog integrity, and partner and customer retention initiatives.</p> <p>This role is for a hands-on builder who is as comfortable running operations as building the tools behind them. Beyond running day-to-day workstreams, you will actively architect and deploy tools, automations, and AI-driven workflows to scale the platform. Partnering cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field leadership, you will remove friction, shape our Marketplace product, and help guide our go-to-market direction.
