We are hiring a Global Delivery leader to lead our global team and to evolve how we deliver training for an AI-first world. You will own staffing strategy and instructor readiness across our FTE and authorized training partner (ATP) workforce, run an AI-first delivery operation, and advance the shift from traditional, catalog-based instructor-led training toward customized, customer-specific delivery. This role is the right fit if you lead from data, develop best-in-industry instructors, and want to reshape a delivery model rather than just run it.</p> <p><strong>Scope of Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Owns the global training delivery function across customer, partner, and internal audiences.</li> <li>Owns instructor staffing and readiness strategy: balances FTE and ATP supply and forecasts skilling, language, and location needs through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Translates L&amp;E delivery strategy into execution: FTE-first regional sufficiency, with ATP to fulfill additional needs.</li> <li>Leads the evolution of the delivery model toward AI-first operations and customized, customer-specific training.</li> <li>Influences cross-functionally across Training Ops, Curriculum and Certification, and field GTM.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Sets Vision:</strong> Connects the team's daily delivery work to L&amp;E's mission and to the shift toward an AI-first operating model.</li> <li><strong>Sets Strategy:</strong> Sets 12-month goals, plans, and measures for delivery capacity and quality, and makes FTE-versus-ATP trade-offs grounded in demand data.</li> <li><strong>Builds Teams:</strong> Hires, coaches, and develops a high-performing global instructor te
