The Senior Manager, Close &amp; Consolidations, that we’re looking to add to the team will lead Databricks’ global close and consolidation process as we continue to scale. This is a hands-on, builder-oriented role responsible for overseeing the global close process across Finance, driving close discipline and accountability, and executing the global consolidation process. This role will be reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting.&nbsp;</p> <p>Close quality is non-negotiable. Success in this role requires strong operational execution, sound technical accounting judgment, and the ability to maintain a big-picture view across entities, regions, systems, processes, and teams. You’ll provide leadership with clear updates on close status, risks, and delays, ensure issues are escalated and resolved timely, and help design how the close process should operate in the future. You’ll also play a key role in our SAP implementation and help build an offshore operating model that supports scale while maintaining strong review, judgment, and accountability.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2006"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">The impact you will have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and drive the global close process across Finance, including key milestones, dependencies, status updates, risks, delays, and escalations.</li> <li>Drive AI and automation adoption across the close and consolidation process, including automated intercompany eliminations, AI-assisted consolidation variance analysis, and leveraging Databricks to improve data quality, reduce manual journal entries, and accelerate close cycle times.</li> <li>Execute
