Reporting to Global Real Estate Strategy &amp; Transactions, this highly visible and impactful role will be responsible for portfolio planning, scenario planning, and portfolio optimization across Databricks’ global real estate portfolio. The role will support executive decision-making through strategic analysis, financial modeling, and business case support to inform key real estate decisions.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2006"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">The impact you will have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Finance and Real Estate Leadership to maintain REWS long-range portfolio plan</li> <li>Create and maintain flexible portfolio models and manage complex scenario planning initiatives</li> <li>Develop portfolio optimization recommendations aligned with business growth, financial objectives, and employee experience</li> <li>Conduct financial, operational, and portfolio analyses to support strategic real estate decision-making</li> <li>Support development of executive-ready business cases, presentations, and strategic recommendations</li> <li>Translate complex portfolio tradeoffs into clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations</li> <li>Develop and maintain recurring portfolio reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics</li> <li>Conduct ad hoc analyses and decision support for high-priority REWS cross-functional initiatives</li> <li>Partner with Finance, Workplace, People, IT, and Real Estate stakeholders globally to support portfolio planning initiatives</li> <li>Help establish scalable planning frameworks, reporting standards, and governance processes as Databricks continues to grow</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2367"><strong
