Global Senior Workplace Manager, Food and Beverage

As we scale rapidly across the globe, we’re seeking an experienced, Global Workplace Services, Food &amp; Beverage Lead to develop and drive the overarching strategy, design, and execution for food and beverage across our portfolio.</p> <p style="line-height: 2;">The Real Estate &amp; Workplace Services (REWS) team operates at an extremely fast pace, and we are in search of a leader with a strong food and hospitality background to help us scale our programs effectively. You will be instrumental in shaping our overarching culinary vision, amenity strategy, and daily food service operations across our global footprint. Our cafes and micro-kitchens are core to building culture and connection. Our coffee, boba, and catering programs, as well as food spaces should support employee wellness and drive office engagement. You’ll build scalable programs that balance the demand for bespoke, high-touch user experiences with the necessity for operational scale and financial efficiency. You will ensure our food program inspires Bricksters and supports a high-performance environment.</p> <p style="line-height: 2;">This role involves cultivating key relationships with third-party partners who are crucial to our expansion and growth. You’ll also collaborate internally with Workplace managers, our inclusion team, executive admins, our training teams, and many more. The position reports directly to the AMER Workplace services leader with dotted lines to our Workplace leader over EMEA and APJ. This is a full-time, in-office role based in San Francisco, CA.
