<p>You will build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs) responsible for the post-sales success of Databricks' largest Financial Services customers. This is one of the most consequential delivery leadership roles in the company. The customers in your portfolio anchor a strategic vertical for Databricks, and your team's work directly determines how quickly Data and AI transforms how they do business.</p>
<p>As a DSA Manager you set the technical strategy across your portfolio, decide where to invest your team's capacity, and partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and our Systems Integrator ecosystem to move use cases from kickoff to production. You are a hands-on technical sponsor and trusted advisor to a select group of customers, including their C-suite. You build the systems, operating cadences, and playbooks that make your team and the broader DSA practice sharper over time.</p>
<p>The DSAs you lead are senior technical talent, drawn from principal-level solution architecture, top-tier consulting, or senior engineering backgrounds. Hiring, coaching, and growing this team is the heart of the job.</p>
