<h3><strong>Geo Core Account Executive - Portugal Market</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Madrid, Spain</p>

<p><strong>The Role:</strong> Databricks is looking for a creative, execution-oriented Geo Core Account Executive to join our team in Madrid, focusing on the Portuguese market. Reporting to our Director of Enterprise Sales, you will manage and grow a select group of enterprise-class clients. You will identify new use cases and secure new business to expand Databricks' footprint within your portfolio.</p>
<p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify new business opportunities and scale consumption use cases within your key account portfolio.</li>
<li>Assess your key accounts and develop a strategy to meet and exceed revenue and consumption goals.</li>
<li>Build positive relationships with key decision makers (C-level) and establish yourself as a trusted advisor for Data & AI-related subjects.</li>
<li>Coordinate internal teams and Portuguese integration partners to maximize impact on the local ecosystem.</li>
<li>Showcase exceptional value during engagements to guide complex negotiations to a successful close.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.</li>
<li>Experience selling to large enterprise-class customers (Financial Services or Mixed Industries).</li>
<li>Proven experience selling data and AI/Big Data/complex cloud solutions.</li>
<li>Experience of following robust sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling).</li>
<li>Based in Madrid with availability for frequent travel.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience working with integration partners in Portugal.</li>
<li>Native Portuguese, high level of English, and fluent
