This includes ensuring that platform admins have intuitive controls for managing access and compliance, maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for their data and AI operations, and providing clear, actionable insights into platform health and usage.</p> <p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help design best in class monitoring and governance experiences at scale.</li> <li>Design unique interactions that will help administrators understand vast amounts of telemetry data.</li> <li>Explore new ways in which Generative AI can enhance the platform experience and developer workflows.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of Databricks business objectives, the cloud and big data space, its users, and competition.</li> <li>Conduct user research to identify customer needs and pain points related to data science and platform usage.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of product design work experience.</li> <li>A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with specialization in HCI, Interaction Design, graphic design, computer science, or related disciplines.</li> <li>You’re comfortable talking to strategic customers in key decision-making positions.</li> <li>Experience shipping great digital products.
