This role is focused on delivering high-quality experiences for <strong>employee communications, executive broadcasts, training, and internal events</strong>.</p> <p>You’ll operate at the intersection of <strong>live production, broadcast engineering, and internal tooling</strong>, ensuring our teams can communicate effectively at scale. In addition to running critical productions, you’ll define the<strong> workflows, and standards</strong> that power internal media across offices and remote environments globally.</p> <p>This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical depth, operational excellence, and the ability to support a wide range of internal stakeholders.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Lead Internal Productions</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own technical production for internal events including all-hands, executive communications, trainings, and internal broadcasts</li> <li>Serve as Technical Director or Lead Producer for high-visibility internal moments</li> <li>Ensure seamless delivery across in-room, livestream, and video conferencing audiences</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Build &amp; Scale Internal Production Systems</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Design and standardize workflows across internal event spaces, studios, and remote setups</li> <li>Define and maintain a production playbook to ensure consistency across internal events</li> <li>Improve and scale internal production infrastructure to support global teams</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Operate at a Deep Technical Level</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead multi-destination signal workflows (In room, live stream, recording, conferencing platforms)</li> <li>Integrate AV systems with internal tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms, col
