<p>The Lead Engagement Manager delivers measurable impact for our Healthcare & Life Sciences customers as well as at the Business Unit (BU) or Regional team level in the Professional Services organization. You will own and independently scope multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives to solve problems with no clear precedent, operating with high autonomy in high-stakes environments.</p>

<li><strong>Regional Impact:</strong> Drive excellence at the BU/Region level, contributing to team-level booking targets and consumption goals.</li>
<li><strong>Complex Problem Solving:</strong> Navigate complex regional, regulatory, or market-specific complexities across multiple countries.</li>
<li><strong>Mentorship:</strong> Coach and support junior Engagement Managers, acting as a go-to resource for peers on complex projects.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Strategy:</strong> Shape account strategy to align with client goals and lead the sales of complex Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic Relationships:</strong> Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p>

<li>10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.</li>
<li>Expert-level understanding of PS&T offerings and the ability to customize solutions for complex environments.</li>
<li>Proficient thought leadership, increasingly viewed as an external expert in the industry.</li>
<li>Participate in the hiring process to attract top-tier talent. </li>
<li>Expertise in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.</li>
