<h2><strong>Role Summary</strong></h2>
<p>The Global Learning Operations & Transformation Manager is an enterprise operations leader responsible for modernizing and scaling the operating foundation that powers ENGAGE (Training Operations) globally.</p>
<p>This role will establish and lead a Global Center of Excellence (CoE), driving AI-enabled operational transformation across Learning & Enablement (L&E) through scalable workflows, governance, automation, analytics, and operational discipline.</p>
<p>The role is focused on improving how global systems, teams, and processes work together enabling ENGAGE to operate with greater predictability, visibility, efficiency, and commercial alignment across regions and programs.</p>

<p>As learner demand, partners, SKUs, and regional complexity continue to scale, traditional operating models are no longer sufficient.
