<p>Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, this role is responsible for uniting cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the biannual, strategic, and integrated Demand Generation and Field Marketing plan. You’ll act as a central connecting point between go-to-market teams—ensuring we align with the company's overarching priorities and deliver measurable growth.</p>
<p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Alignment: Lead collaboration across Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and other key leaders to articulate how integrated half-year plans roll up to company goals, securing executive alignment and approval.</li>
<li>Business Driver/SME: Informs and champions transformational operational excellence: A strong, scalable, operating rhythm that drives accountability, transparency, and measurability throughout the campaign development process.</li>
<li>Data-Driven Insights: Synthesize complex data and insights to guide executive decision-making and strategic adjustments.</li>
<li>Forward Thinking: Advocates and prioritizes a roadmap, asks about the future of integrated campaign development, and identifies and prioritizes high-impact projects to help scale the organization effectively.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of professional experience, of which 5+ years of experience are in demand generation in a high-growth SaaS startup.</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; skilled at influencing across senior levels.</li>
<li>Proven ability to build operational frameworks, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional alignment.</li>
<li>Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance analysis.</li>
