They should be proactive, efficient, and capable of leading and scaling a growing team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2006"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">The impact you will have:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, develop, and manage a team of Billing Analysts, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and scaling team capability.</li> <li>Oversee accurate and timely processing of all customer billings, including recurring subscriptions, usage-based charges, professional services, and one-time fees.</li> <li>Ensure invoices are complete, compliant, and delivered within defined SLAs and contractual timelines.</li> <li>Manage and resolve complex and escalated billing inquiries through the Salesforce billing queue, partnering cross-functionally to drive timely resolution.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes, escalating appropriately while maintaining a strong customer experience.</li> <li>Develop and monitor team performance metrics, reporting against key objectives and service levels.</li> <li>Drive process optimization and automation initiatives across ERP, Salesforce integrations, internal billing/rating systems, and CRM platforms.</li> <li>Identify process improvement opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.</li> <li>Perform critical month-end close activities, including A/R
