<p>We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader to join our growing business in the region. Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, you will be measured by achieving your team's overall quota and growing consumption amongst some of Databricks' top strategic accounts in SEA. This is a team that is passionate about building a data ecosystem, technically knowledgeable and have a strong desire to drive value for our customers.</p>
<p>This is a fantastic aopportunity to build upon a highly successful team achieving significant year on year growth, in a fast growing business which is a hugely impactful part of the APJ sales organisation. We are looking for owners, who will go the extra mile and want to be the very best at what they do.</p>
<p>The position will report to the Strategic Enterprise Director.</p>
<p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive Revenue Success: Own and exceed your teams quarterly/annual sales targets. </li>
<li>Build and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics, mainly amongst strategic financial services customers. </li>
<li>Cultivate strong executive relationships with customers/partners, and lead cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Create Trust-Based Relationships: develop long term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships</li>
<li>Distill Customer Needs and Value: Enable your team to understand commercial goals of your customer and how they relate to our value proposition</li>
<li>Manage the Front-Line Voice of Databricks: Lead your team to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations</li>
