You will do hands-on case work. You will perform initial (first-line) KYC and sanctions reviews, investigate escalated or complex cases, do quality review of case decisions, and flag trends. You will also help with procedure updates and support requests from banking partners and regulators.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform initial (first-line) KYC and sanctions reviews, and investigate escalated or complex cases</li> <li>Resolve identity mismatches</li> <li>Review and disposition OFAC sanctions and PEP alerts</li> <li>Complete EDD and adverse media reviews on higher-risk customers</li> <li>Complete KYB and ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) checks on business customers</li> <li>Document each decision clearly in the case record</li> <li>Perform quality review of case decisions and flag trends to the KYC Program Manager</li> <li>Support updates to KYC and sanction
