They will administer our current BI platform, build dashboards quickly, and partner with the business to shape a modern, unified reporting and analytics solution.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Business-critical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Administering our BI platform (currently Tableau Server) as its sole administrator: upgrades, patches, maintenance, license management, SSO, and data drivers</li> <li>Supporting 12 department sites and their Site Admins, plus about 700 users, including owning the tbl-site-admins and tableau Slack channels</li> <li>Handling all BI requests through Slack and Jira (about 12 a week): access, ownership changes, data source issues, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs</li> <li>Communicating proactively with Site Admi
