We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.</p></div><p></p> <h3>ABOUT THE ROLE:</h3> <p>As the Facilities Operations Supervisor at SpaceXSI Memphis, you will oversee the maintenance and performance of critical data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental systems. You will lead a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, driving hands-on technical operations, team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our data center. This role emphasizes fostering a team-first culture, prioritizing team focus, and promoting a collaborative work environment.</p> <h3>RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Oversee maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure, including HVAC, power distribution, and backup systems.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules, equipment calibration, and system performance monitoring.</li> <li>Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational cons
