They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.</span></p></div><h3><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:</strong></h3> <p>The Supervisor, OSP Fiber will lead a team of five fiber technicians responsible for installing, splicing, testing, and maintaining outside plant fiber infrastructure for a new data center. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will set daily priorities, own crew safety and quality, and still work in the field alongside the team. You will be accountable for schedule, as-built accuracy, and delivering a reliable OSP fiber plant from construction through turnover and ongoing operations.</p> <h3><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Hire, train, schedule, and develop a team of fiber technicians; provide coaching, performance feedback, and coverage planning</li> <li>Plan and assign daily OSP work (aerial and underground placement, vault/handhole work, splicing, terminations, and testing) to meet data center construction and cutover schedules</li> <li>Lead by example as a working superv
