We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.</p></div><h4><strong>ASSET MANAGER, ENERGY STORAGE</strong></h4> <p>We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Energy Storage Asset Manager to own the performance, reliability, and maintenance of our Megapack energy storage fleet supporting SpaceXSI's AI infrastructure in Memphis. You will serve as the primary owner of day-to-day operations, service coordination with Tesla, and long-term asset optimization for one of the largest and most critical battery deployments powering AI training.</p> <p>This is a full-time, onsite role based in Memphis, Tennessee.</p> <h4><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Monitor the health and performance of the existing Megapack fleet in real time, tracking key metrics such as availability, energy throughput, efficiency, temperature, alarms, and state of health.</li> <li>Create and manage Tesla service tickets for technical issues, providing detailed logs, data, and documentation to enable fast and effective resolution.</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact and liaison with Tesla Field Service technicians, offering onsite coordination to remove blockers, support efficient executi
