This individual will own growth marketing strategy and execution while leading the ads insights, measurement, and analytics function. The role is responsible for translating complex advertising performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth with advertisers and improve campaign effectiveness.</p> <p>You will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and the Head of Global Advertising to scale our advertising platform, strengthen advertiser relationships, and build best-in-class enablement programs.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop the growth marketing teams and the ads insights, measurement &amp; analytics organization</li> <li>Define and execute growth marketing strategies that increase advertiser
