You will help drive our two most important data center operations metrics: mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to repair (MTTR). You are great at following directions, a fast learner, super attentive to details, and eager to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment. You are accessible via cell phone and willing to get onsite when there are emergencies as needed. You will work closely with senior technicians and engineers while learning all aspects of the equipment to help improve our server intake and repair processes.</p> <h3><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">RESPONSIBILITIES:
