They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.</span></p></div><h3><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Energy Storage Asset Manager to own the performance, reliability, and maintenance of our Megapack energy storage fleet supporting xAI’s AI infrastructure in Memphis. You will serve as the primary owner of day-to-day operations, service coordination with Tesla, and long-term asset optimization for one of the largest and most critical battery deployments powering AI training.</p> <p>This is a full-time, onsite role based in Memphis, Tennessee.</p> <h3><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Monitor the health and performance of the existing Megapack fleet in real time, tracking key metrics such as availability, energy throughput, efficiency, temperature, alarms, and state of health.</li> <li>Create and manage Tesla service tickets for technic
