This person will develop the strategy, partnerships, processes, and team needed to attract exceptional early-career talent across technical and business functions.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has built or significantly scaled a university recruiting program, managed high-performing recruiting teams, and established strong relationships with universities and student organizations.
