You will serve as a strategic partner to recruiting, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, aligning resources and interview practices with current and future hiring needs. You will use data to guide decisions, improve operational performance, and influence business-critical changes. This role combines people leadership, workforce planning, and program management to build scalable solutions while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.</p> <p>The Talent Acquisition team builds the operational foundation that enables CoreWeave to attract and hire exceptional talent at scale.
