Our field organization owns the full lifecycle of a project — from preconstruction planning through commissioning and turnover — moving at hyperscale speed without cutting corners on safety or quality.</p> <h2>About the role:</h2> <p>As a Self Development Superintendent, Senior, you'll operate with greater independence across an active data center construction project, owning multiple work areas or a full building system while continuing to build toward Senior Superintendent scope. Day to day, you'll direct subcontractor and field personnel, contribute to schedule sequencing decisions, and coordinate directly with the commissioning team on Level 4–5 activities.
