The team translates CoreWeave’s Global EHS strategy into an auditable program that supports 24/7 mission-critical operations, high-growth construction and commissioning activity, and a rapidly expanding real estate footprint - partnering closely with Data Center Operations, Design &amp; Construction, Critical Engineering/Facilities, Corporate Security, Sustainability, Legal, People, and Procurement.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own site compliance across all EHS programs, training, reporting, and recordkeeping within CoreWeave’s management systems.</li> <li>Drive shared ownership of EHS across North America, embedding metrics into operational dashboards to hold teams a
