You will lead a team of regional Tiger Team Build Leads and Technicians, own the plan of action for every build in your region, and serve as the connective tissue between the on-site team and the Project Management, Program Management, Procurement, and Regional Data Center Operations teams. CoreWeave operates as a single unit, and this role exists to make sure every site in your region has the people, materials, and direction it needs to deliver ahead of aggressive customer deadlines.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Manage and deploy new and ongoing data center sites within your region, owning the action plan for each build from kickoff through delivery.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business
