More than 13 tools are already deployed and in active use, demonstrating the value these solutions can bring to daily operations. In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Build and support assigned tools, prompts, skills, agents, automations, and workflow solutions that address defined DC Operations needs.</li> <li>Work with field technicians and managers to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and translate clearly defined problems into practical solutions.</li> <li>Maintain the intake and tracking process for new solution ideas, including documenting requests, searching existing resources, and providing status updates.</li> <li>Review resources across Slack, Glean, Asana, Google Drive, and Canvas before beginning new work to help identify existing solutions and prevent duplication.</li> <li>Help evaluate opportunities based on operat
