You'll work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, and you'll spend real time hands-on with customers: in workshops, in their architecture reviews, and in their toughest integration problems.</p> <h3>About the Role</h3> <p>We're hiring a Specialist Field Engineer, SaaS to help customers get the most out of our platform and to help our own field teams sell and deliver it well. You'll wear a few hats: teacher, builder, and trusted advisor. Some days you're running a workshop that turns a customer's vague idea into a clear technical plan. Other days you're heads-down building a reference architecture or demo that the whole field team can reuse. And sometimes you're the person who steps into a hard customer integration and gets it unstuck.</p> <h3><strong>In this role, you'll:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Teach the field t
