This role will ensure compliance with accounting standards, provide technical accounting guidance, and support the company’s financial reporting process, technical accounting, and reporting function.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical accounting guidance and support for complex transactions and new business initiatives, such as debt/equity financing, customer contracts, business combinations, and investment accounting, including embedded derivatives analysis.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare technical accounting memos for complex transactions, including but not limited to ASC 842, ASC 360, ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 470, ASC 718, ASC 815, and ASC 323.</li> <li>Resea
