The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization.</p> <p>As <strong>Senior Counsel, Commercial,</strong> you will support CoreWeave’s international expansion transactions, with a particular focus on EMEA and APAC. You will focus primarily on structuring and executing transactions for Omni, CoreWeave’s cloud-as-a-service delivery model, while also supporting broader commercial matters across CoreWeave’s infrastructure and SaaS deal pipelines as business needs evolve.
