This team ensures the stability, security, and scalability of our physical assets, working hands-on in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. You will join a collaborative and curious group that is essential to delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients.</p> <h3><strong>About the role:</strong></h3> <p>The Data Center Technician will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This position involves hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repair, and may include participation in an on-call rotation. This is a salaried, 100% onsite role at one of our Data Center locations.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain data center operations to ensure service avai
