</div></div><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<p>We are hiring an Employee Lifecycle Partner, North America to drive employment lifecycle execution across the US and Canada, with deep operational ownership in the US. This role sits inside a People Operations function that runs like a product team - oriented around the employee experience, systems, feedback loops, and continuous improvement. We are building modern people operations for a company at the frontier of AI infrastructure, and this role is a core part of that.</p>
<p>This is an operator and builder role for someone who thinks in systems, cares deeply about data integrity, sees ambiguity as an opportunity to design something better, and is already using modern tools - including AI - as a natural part of how they work. You will report to the Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle Operations (US), and work closely with People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and Total Rewards across the region.</p>
