This unique role offers the chance to be a foundational member of a small, rapidly expanding NPI team. As the second electrical engineer hired, you will possess significant influence over the team's cultural development and the evolution of CoreWeave's bespoke server infrastructure. Your work will involve direct engagement with pioneering technologies such as CXL, PCIe, and DDR, alongside sophisticated SI/PI analysis. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial schematic and layout phases through to validation and high-volume manufacturing. By addressing critical challenges in hardware reliability and signal performance, you will directly enable the scaling of a massive global compute fleet.
