You will manage the full acquisition lifecycle — from off-market land sourcing and feasibility assessment through transaction structuring and close — coordinating closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Energy, and the Due Diligence Team.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As Principal, Land Acquisition, you will be CoreWeave's primary executor for owned-site campus and powered land deals across the Americas. You will build and manage a qualified acquisition pipeline that provides the Development team with consistent deal flow across purchase, ground lease, and option structures.
