</div></div><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<p>CoreWeave is building a new Firmware Engineering team focused on developing and maintaining BMC and BIOS firmware for our server infrastructure. As a <strong>Firmware Engineering Manager</strong>, you will help establish and lead this team, supporting firmware engineers as they build reliable, scalable, and production-ready firmware for our data center platforms.</p>
<p>Reporting to a Senior Director of Compute Architecture, you will combine people leadership with technical guidance, helping shape team processes, execution, and culture while partnering closely with hardware, platform, and operations teams.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Lead & support the team</strong> – manage, mentor, and coach a small team of firmware engineers through regular 1-on-1s, goal-setting, and feedback, fostering a collaborative and psychologically safe environment.</li>
<li><strong>Execution & delivery</strong> – help plan and track firmware development work, ensuring timely de
