As a Product Operations Manager, you will design processes, tools and data infrastructure that improve alignment between Product, Engineering and Go‑To‑Market teams. You will enable seamless collaboration, accelerate feedback loops and coordinate launches, reporting to Gianna Maria Lengyel. The role is based in Paris with a global scope. What you will do Drive data and analytics – Ensure transparent reporting on customer engagements and product usage; work with Data Science to develop dashboards and insights for product decisions. Manage feedback loops and discovery – Build structured processes to collect and analyse product feedback; run early access programmes and design partner tests. Coordinate launches – Orchestrate product releases and enterprise launches, aligning product managers, marketers, engineers and legal teams. Build product rituals – Shape planning, review and OKR routines; intro
