You will split your time dynamically between individual contribution and leadership, with the balance shifting as your team grows.   You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ship improvements that directly accelerate development velocity, enhance code quality, and streamline workflows across our AI platform and products: AI Studio, Le Chat, and Mistral Vibe. You will be responsible for creating a strong team culture, setting clear processes, raising the developer experience bar, and ensuring consistent high-quality delivery of developer tooling and infrastructure.   This is a highly critical role at the intersection of developer productivity, infrastructure, and people.
