Depending on your background, you may oversee one (Team Lead) or multiple (Engineering Manager) product teams, driving both execution and delivery while staying hands-on.   Our product engineering teams typically consist of five members. As a team lead, you will dynamically balance individual contributions, project leadership, and team management, with the balance shifting as your team grows.
