Head of Distribution Partnerships

<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>Together AI is building the AI-native cloud — the fastest inference infrastructure on the planet, paired with a model ecosystem, orchestration layer, and data center footprint that enterprises and frontier labs depend on. As we expand the surface area through which our models and inference reach end users, we're hiring a Head of Distribution Partnerships to source and build the 0-to-1 partnerships that drive token distribution from models served on Together.</p> <p>This is a builder role for someone with sharp technical instincts and a strong product-partnerships background who can identify where Together's competitive edge in open-source model serving complements another platform's distribution — and then go build that relationship from scratch. You'll work across technology partnerships, co-sell motions, ISV integrations, and OEM arrangements with data platforms, cloud providers, and software ecosystems where our inference and OSS model serving capabilities create obvious joint value.</p> <p>You need technical fluency to scope integrations with engineering counterparts, product instincts to identify where Together's serving stack creates a compelling wedge, and the hustle to turn a cold outreach into a signed, launched partnership. You'll report into the VP of Strategic Partnerships and work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and the broader Partnerships team.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities </strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Source and Build 0-to-1 Partnerships: </strong>Identify and prioritize distribution partners — data platforms, cloud marketplaces, ISVs, and software ecosystems — where Together's open-source model serving and inference performance is a differentiated fit.
