<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>As a Workplace Coordinator in our San Francisco office, you will partner with Workplace Operations to manage day-to-day office operations and create an environment where employees can thrive. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and brings strong problem-solving skills to everything they do. This position is based in our San Francisco office five days per week and is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast paced environment. </p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><em>Daily Operations & Employee Support</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with welcoming and onboarding new hires</li>
<li>Provide on-site support and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions </li>
<li>Assist the Workplace team with day-to-day activities as directed</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service through Gmail, Slack, and our Support Portal — for both in-office employees and remote employees</li>
<li>Gather and relay employee feedback on the workplace to help drive continuous improvement</li>
<li>Manage the swag program </li>
<li>Cover the reception desk as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Facilities & Office Maintenance</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle incoming mail and package processing</li>
<li>Initiate maintenance and repair calls to keep the office running efficiently</li>
<li>Liaise with janitorial team to maintain office organization and cleanliness</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison to building management regarding facilities issues</li>
<li>Coordinate badge and key fob distribution and access</li>
<li>Oversee guest access procedures</li>
<li>Serve as an emergency warden </li>
<li>Maintain first aid supplies and ensure health and safety standards are met</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Food, Beverage & Events</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with the Food & Beverage program</li>
<li>Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure the snack and beverage program runs smoothly with our third-party
