Engineering Manager / Tech Lead

<h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h3> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As Engineering Manager / Tech Lead for the Sandbox (platform or infrastructure) team at Together AI, you will lead and grow the team responsible for building the isolated, secure compute environments that power AI code execution across Together's platform. Together Sandbox provides the sandboxed execution layer that enables reinforcement learning workflows, LLM code interpreters, AI agents, and developer tooling to run safely and at scale.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This is a hybrid leadership role — equal parts<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>technical leadership</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>and<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>people management</strong>. You will own the technical direction of the team while also building a high-performing engineering culture.
