Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>As the leader of Partner Services Delivery and Success within Partnerships at Anthropic, you will lead the global field delivery, partner success and partner health teams that make Claude deployments succeed at our customers when our partners build and run them. This is a senior leadership role on the Partnerships leadership team, reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships.</p> <p>A deployment starts with work the business wants an agent to do: a research process in a bank, claims handling at an insurer, engineering workflows in a retailer. A partner's engineers build it against the customer's own systems and data, evaluate it on real work rather than a demo, and put it live. If it holds, the customer builds the next ten themselves and the partner carries the pattern to the next customer in that industry.</p> <p>What good means is the same every time, whoever builds it: on time, on track, high quality, high customer satisfaction, and impact the customer can see in their own business.
