Corporate Compliance is a key pillar of that function, covering anti-bribery and anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, outside activities, the Code of Conduct, and related employee-conduct matters.</p> <p>As Senior Compliance Program Manager, you will build and run Anthropic's political law compliance program — the operating infrastructure behind our corporate PAC, corporate political giving, state and local pay-to-play preclearance, and the gift and ethics rules governing our interactions with public officials. As the program develops, the role may also extend to oversight of lobbying registration and reporting. You'll own the program end to end: designing the workflows, registers and controls, doing the work directly where it belongs in-house, and directing and quality-checking outside political law counsel and compliance vendors where we use them. You'll be the day-to-day compliance partner to our Policy and Government Affairs teams, working in close partnership with Policy Legal, who own the substantive legal advice, and with the rest of Corporate Compliance on the anti-corruption side of government engagement.</p> <p>Because we run lean, you may support certain workstreams in our broader corporate compliance program — gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interest, outside business activities and related day-to-day matters — a
